New donk on the block...

Cowboy was a little timid, but seemed happy to meet new friends and taste test the grass. So far we know he likes to have his neck scratched and is very sweet.

He joins us from the Donkey Depot in Mocksville and arrived around 4 pm on Saturday, February 16th, 2008. Thanks Melanie, Kris and their four children for taking good care of cowboy and sharing donkey tidbits to help the rookie farmers. As for looks Cowboy is thinner and all together smaller than Giuseppe. He also had a haircut so he is minus the fluffy body style that Giuseppe has.

John and Giuseppe spent some weekend time just hanging out and getting to know one another. As you can see from the photo they are a great match. Giuseppe just wanted to give kisses and kisses.

Quinn spent the weekend and enjoyed every minute of farm life. He fed the animals, brushed the animals, chased the animals and attempted to drink from the waterer.
